Massage Therapy

Massage can reduce heart rate, lower blood pressure and increase blood circulation and lymph flow. It also relaxes muscles, improves range of motion and increases endorphins.

What to expect

At your initial session, your massage therapist will ask questions about your health and what symptoms you're experiencing to determine how to best treat you. Please let your massage therapist know of any health problems you have and medications you're taking.

Massage can help treat stress-related physical conditions, including:

Which massage is best for you?

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massage, often referred to as Swedish massage, aims to provide a soothing experience to alleviate stress and tension. Our therapists use long, flowing strokes, kneading, and gentle pressure to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and stimulate the release of endorphins.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage focuses on addressing specific muscular and skeletal issues such as muscle tension, pain, injuries, and imbalances. Our therapists utilize targeted techniques to manipulate the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues, breaking up adhesions and knots to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall function.
